Welcome to Action Taker. By using our website, participating in our coaching programs, training sessions, or attending our events, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.

2. Disclaimer

Action Taker provides coaching, training, and organizes events based on personal experience and expertise. We are not registered financial advisors, legal consultants, or FCA-regulated professionals. Any advice provided should not be considered professional financial, legal, or investment advice. If you require such guidance, please consult with a qualified professional such as an accountant, lawyer, or financial advisor.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

• All events, training programs, and coaching sessions must be paid for upfront before participation.

• If you join our programs or events, you have a 30-day money-back guarantee should you change your mind.

• For 1-2-1 coaching, you may request a refund after the first session, but the cost of this session will be deducted (ranging from £250 - £2000, depending on the session value).

• If you cancel after the second session or later, you will be charged for all completed sessions (£250 - £2000 per session) and an additional £1995 early termination fee.

• If you miss a payment, you will not be able to attend coaching sessions until the outstanding balance is settled.

4. Data Protection & Privacy

• We store your personal data in third-party software platforms, including but not limited to Kajabi, Stripe, Monday.com, and Formly.

• If you are inactive with our services, we will delete all your data after seven years.

• By using our services, you consent to the storage and processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Age Restriction

• You must be 18 years or older to join any of our 1-2-1 coaching programs.
• If you are under 18, you must have legal authority or parental consent to participate.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Action Taker will not be held responsible for any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from the use of our coaching, training, or event-related services.
• We do not guarantee any specific business or financial results from participation in our programs.
• Participation in our programs is voluntary, and users assume all risks associated with implementing any strategies discussed.

7. Event and Program Conduct

• Attendees must engage in a professional and respectful manner.

• Any misconduct, harassment, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the event or program without a refund.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved under UK jurisdiction.
